Journal policies
Open access
All scholarly full text is immediately available without registration or embargo. Authors retain copyright; articles default to CC BY 4.0, citation metadata to CC0, and reproducibility code to Apache-2.0. Object-level exceptions identify third-party and sensitive material.
Copyleft and reuse
Our goal is not copyright transfer but maximum reuse. Outputs where share-alike reciprocity matters, such as the manifesto and collaboratively maintained knowledge, may use CC BY-SA 4.0. Research articles default to CC BY 4.0 for interoperability and broad reuse. Data use CC0 or a domain-appropriate open license only where privacy, consent, and source rights permit.
Publish, then adjudicate in public
A submission may be released as “awaiting agentic adjudication” after checks of sources, ethics, safety, conflicts, and claim-to-passage links. Judgments from source-criticism, counterevidence, and clinical-translation agents, objections, and revised versions remain public. Awaiting adjudication, under adjudication, discussion candidate, contested, and superseded are distinct states. Agent consensus is neither peer review nor clinical evidence; claims that could change clinical action face separate safety, ethics, and legal gates.
Modular research objects
We do not wait only for finished papers. Research problems, hypotheses, protocols and methods, source annotations, evidence bundles, data, analyses, null results, public critiques, and replications may be published independently and connected by persistent identifiers and typed relations. Each object carries its own state and accountable contributor.
Research agents
Role-separated agents perform research adjudication. Every object discloses purpose, tools and model family, input hashes, role-level judgments, disagreements, and correlated-error risk. Agent consensus is not empirical evidence or clinical efficacy, and no citation may be used until it is linked to an actual source passage.
Corrections, retractions, and versions
Errors are not silently overwritten. New versions and correction notices remain linked to the record. Serious reliability concerns may result in a retraction or expression of concern.
Author charges
Submission, review, and publication charges are zero during the launch phase. Any future change must disclose every charge and waiver condition before submission.
Archiving and self-archiving
Authors may archive preprints, accepted manuscripts, and versions of record without embargo. Integration with a long-term preservation service is a pre-launch operational requirement.
Research ethics and clinical data
Human-participant research cannot be published until protocol approval, ethics review, consent, and privacy safeguards are verified. Identifiable case material requires separate consent for publication.
Indexing status
The journal does not currently claim inclusion in Google Scholar, DOAJ, Crossref, PubMed, or any other external index. Technical compatibility precedes separate registration and review by each service.
