A topical medRxiv source was fixed to exact XML byte locators across 26 sections and 51 paragraphs, with six review questions covering diagnostic boundaries, construct definition, causal overreach, and limitations. Every item remains pending human adjudication and has not been promoted to evidence or a treatment hypothesis.
Current retrieval coverage
50/50 modern-literature benchmark searches are complete, and preprint discovery identified 286 source families. Publicly acquired files are structure- and hash-checked so later reviews refer to the same artifact.
